I have quite a conundrum. I only have $1 left for FAAB. We do not have $0 bids. And I have the Cowboys defense, who looked horrible last week. I am trying to decide if I should spend my last dollar to upgrade them. Do any of these look like they're big enough upgrades?
Dallas: @CIN in week 14, vs PIT in week 15, vs NO in week 16
-----
Packers: vs DET, @CHI, vs TEN
Rams: @BUF, vs MIN, @TB
Chargers: @PIT, vs CAR, @NYJ
Browns: vs KC, vs WSH, @DEN
Colts: vs TEN, @HOU, @KC
We don't have negative points, so I don't HAVE to make a move. Here's the basic scoring:
6 for a TD (including special teams)
2 for a fumble recovery
2 for an INT
1 for a sack
0 - 6 PA = 8 points
7 - 13 PA = 6 points
14 - 20 PA = 4 points
21 - 27 PA = 2 points
0 - 49 YDSs = 12 points
50 - 99 YDSs = 10 points
100 - 149 YDSs = 8 points
150 - 199 YDSs = 6 points
200 - 249 YDSs = 4 points
250 - 299 YDSs = 2 points
I'd probably be dropping the Cowboys since none of their matchups are particularly good. But if I wanted the Colts and wanted to avoid their week 15 matchup @HOU, I could keep the Cowgirls and drop Brandon Lafell.
I do not have a backup QB, so if Peyton gets hurt, I am toast, but would I really be winning anyway if I had to start Ryan Fitzpatrick in the playoffs?
My team is slightly favored to win this week, so I could always postpone the decision a week and hope that a few points on D doesn't kill me. Here's what I have:
Me / Opponent
QB P Manning / Stafford
RB Forte / D Martin
RB Spiller / Bilal Powell
WR V Cruz / Greg Jennings
WR Nicks / Antonio Brown
TE Graham / Tony Gonzalez
FLEX Brandon Myers (or Danario or Knowshon or V Ballard or TY Hilton) / Crabtree
K Dan Bailey / Suisham
DEF Cowgirls / either MIA @ SF or NE vs HOU
