Drafting #9 in 14 team league

Local 14 teams league. Standard scoring with 1/2pt per reception & 4pts for passing TDs. We start 1QB, 1RB, 2WRs, 1RB/WR, 1TE, 1K & 1DEF.

I have the #9 pick. I also have the #14 & #15 picks via trades.

With keepers, the best remaining will probably be:

QBs: Rodgers, Brady, Brees, Stafford
RBs: R. Rice, McCoy, CJ2K, Jones-Drew, Forte, Lynch, Richardson, Mathews, F. Jackson, Charles, A. Peterston
WRs: Fitzgerald, Rod, White, Jennings, Welker, S. Smith, A. Johnson, Marshall, Colston
TEs: Graham, Gronkowski

Assuming the top 6 picks are Rodgers, R. Rice, McCoy, Cal. Johnson, CJ2K & Brady. Give me your top 5-6 remaining. I'm really stuck. Do I snag Graham since I have him & Gronkowski projected to score 50+ more points than the #3 TE? Do I gamble and grab Mathews (injury) or MJD (provided he's in camp before our draft) or Richardson (injury)? QBs go fast in this league so should I grab Stafford?

This is the same league where I can keep 1 guy. I think you suggested that I go with A. Hernandez (6th round). My other options are McGahee (5th), Dem. Thomas (6th), R. Williams (6th).

I think you have to keep Hernandez given those options. For your 1st rounder, I'd go Stafford, MJD or Forte. I just like those combinations better than something like Graham/McGahee.

It really all depends on who's there. If Forte is there, take him.

Can only start 1 TE. That's why I was wondering if I'd be crazy to keep Hernandez & draft Graham early. Your post makes me think that I'm right on the border.

I would most definitely not take Graham if I kept Hernandez and could only start 1 TE.

If it is me:
I keep Hernandez
I draft Matthews at #9 then go RB/WR at 14/15.

Demaryius Thomas is also a solid keeper in Rd 6.

If you keep Thomas, taking Graham would make sense, but definitely not if you keep Hernandez.

I'd also lean towards Forte/T-Rich/Peterson/MJD with your 1st rounder.
