Six NFL quarterbacks threw at least one interception that was returned for a touchdown yesterday, including Dallas’ Tony Romo (who threw TWO!), Carolina’s Cam Newton, Cincinnati’s Andy Dalton, Cleveland’s Colt McCoy, Baltimore’s Joe Flacco, Denver's Kyle Orton and the Jets’ Mark Sanchez. Sanchez’ pick six, in the fourth quarter, also lost two fumbles that were returned for Baltimore touchdowns.
After former Broncos quarterback Brian Griese sprained his ankle and said he was tripped on the stairs of his home by his golden retriever, Bella: “The dog stood up on his hind legs and gave him a push? You might want to get rid of that dog, or put him in the circus, one of the two.”

The more I see the Eagles, the more this team was vastly overrated in the pre-season. With a mediocre line and average linebackers, this team is no-where near the Super Bowl team many predicted in the pre-season.
"Average" is too generous. It is the worst LB corps in the league.

Under Reid, the Eagles have never placed much value on LB, refusing to spend high picks and big money on them. Under Jim Johnson's system, that made some sense, because they weren't that important other than for covering TE and RB. But now they are running Jim Washburn's "Wide 9" system, which spreads out the DL and completely relies on the LB to stop the run. Yet they went into the season with a trio of starting LB who had a combined 17 NFL starts. That's insanity. Stuff like this is why the Philly fanbase gets so frustrated with Reid. There are basic things that he just doesn't think through.

ETA: The problem is compounded by having crappy safeties. In fact, most of the passing TDs yielded have been the fault of the safeties and LBs, not the high-paid cornerbacks, despite what the ESPN talking heads will try to tell you.
