He joins Cam Newton and Andy Dalton as rookie starters. Both Newton and Dalton have looked pretty decent so far, anybody think there's hope for Gabbert?

Gabbert should have been the starter as of week 1 when Garrard was cut.Bob- I'm not exactly sure it would ROCK as you say it Byron.. it may be cool, by typical text book descriptions. That certainly was the case but obviously everyone has been impressed by Newton and I think those who aren't with Dalton aren't looking at the right thing. Yes, the Bengals have had a favorable early schedule but Dalton looks really composed. His performance reminds me a bit of Colt McCoy who has also surprised me since he took over the starting job.Originally posted by onejayhawk View PostComment
