Interesting move. I'd guess that means they're going for a QB whisperer to work with Tua. Given Miami's offensive talent, I thought Gailey did a pretty good job with Fitz under center.

I hope they bring back Fitzpatrick. It seems like he was working with Tua and it seems like they have a good relationship. And if Tua is struggling, Fitz provides a reliable backup.

wtf are you talking about? The wft played philly week 1. A team that was not tanking. Later on, in week 17, they played a team that benched their qb to tank. They played a real opponent week 1. They didn't week 17. Is this really that hard to figure out. Good lord. My 7 year old could understand this, and you can't? Amazing.

and if anyone knows how to piss away one close game after another as much as Lynn did, it's Garrett.

he belongs in Canton for this if nothing else:

in 3 consecutive seasons, the 'Boys got flexed to Week 17 SNF with a mano-a-mano NFC title at stake - once each with their three division rivals.

and yep, Garrett managed to lose all 3.

"Eagles running back Miles Sanders says he and his teammates were not on board with the decision to bench quarterback Jalen Hurts in favor of third-stringer Nate Sudfeld in Sunday night’s loss to Washington.

Sanders said today that he has talked to others on the team and it’s unanimous: Hurts should not have been pulled in the middle of a competitive game.

“If I’m being honest, nobody liked the decision, nobody,” Sanders said on 94 WIP. “That’s all I can say, really. I don’t know who was the main person behind that decision. All I know is that a lot of people on the team was confused.”

I joked about the Sixers' Trust the Process, but I think that's the biggest difference here. While the front office was tanking entire seasons, the players and the coaches gave 100% to try to win every game. Doing what is best for the future of the franchise shouldn't translate to individual game choices.
