Both the Bills and Eagles continue to purge people associated with their prior regimes. The Eagles get a desperately needed upgrade at CB, arguably the one thing that was preventing them from making great strides this year. The Bills get two high picks, which they might as well take since there's no way in hell they're competing with NE this year, and Matthews, who will be cheaper to re-sign than Watkins, for whatever that's worth. The Rams finally get a WR1 if he can stay healthy.
