Pick 2 WRs for Week 16

I made it to our league championship game despite having both Julio Jones & A.J. Green. Early reports sound like both could play in Week 16. I just wanted to get some thoughts on the top 2 possible options in case either or both sit again in Week 16.

Jeffery vs WAS: Will Josh Norman shadow him?
Meredith vs WAS: Led Bears in targets in Week 15 and shouldn't have to worry about drawing Norman in coverage.
K. Benjamin vs ATL: Is he even Panthers #1 WR?
Ginn vs ATL: Outplaying Benjamin for at least half the season. Caught a TD in 4 of the past 5 games.
Moncrief at OAK: Will he even be active after missing Week 15 with a hamstring?
M. Mitchell vs NYJ: Only saw one target in Week 15 and Pats signed M. Floyd.
J.J. Nelson at SEA: 11 targets in Week 15 but SEA is a tough match-up
M. Lee vs TEN: Best match-up but put up a goose egg on 3 targets in Week 15.
Lockett vs ARI: Blew up in Week 15 but could see alot of Patrick Peterson in Week 16.
LaFell at HOU: Played well in Week 15, would obviously see less targets if Green plays.
Boyd at HOU: Same as LaFell except he didn't play well in Week 15.
R. Anderson at NE: Value seems tied to Petty starting since Fitzpatrick doesn't look for him as much.
Stills at BUF: Moore seemed to look for him a bunch in Week 15.
