Oakland and Detroit players are both available

Any suggestions or others to look for?

Hard to call anyone in Oakland or Detroit a handcuff at this point as they are pretty much full blown committees/messes.

But I think the days of the RB handcuff are largely over, because most RBs are not workhorses. And if they are, there's no guarantee that the backup gets the same amount of work. For example, how's Jerrick McKinnon working out for AP owners?
