    1) Weeden leads a team to a playoff clinching win.
    1a) Texans make the playoffs.
    2) The Chiefs clinch a playoff spot before Denver--without Jamaal Charles.
    3) The Redskins win a division.
    4) Cam Newton throws for 33 TD passes, which is less than Blake Bortles.
    5) Carson Palmer becomes an MVP candidate.
    6) Alex Smith is the 2nd best QB in the AFC playoffs.

Your AFC Playoff QBs will most likely be:

    Tom Brady
    Ryan Fitzpatrick
    AJ McCarron
    Alex Smith
    Brock Osweiler
    Brandon Weeden

    J
    Ad Astra per Aspera

#3 would probably have been the most surprising to me. Despite that division being projected as one of the worst, the Redskins were still usually picked as the worst of the lot at the beginning of the season.

Baltimore would lose their starting QB, RB, top WR, never get their TE back, lose half their defense...and still beat Pittsburgh twice. The second time with a QB that wasn't on their roster to start the season, the 2nd such QB to get a win for the Ravens.

That no one in the NFC East would make it to 10 wins.
Considering his only baseball post in the past year was bringing up a 3 year old thread to taunt Hornsby and he's never contributed a dime to our hatpass, perhaps?

And this is why I don't take division games -- especially NFC East, AFC North and AFC West -- in survivor pools.

This is not a surprise at all.
"Igor, would you give me a hand with the bags?"
"Certainly. You take the blonde and I'll take the one in the turban!"
