Gronk or Chandler?

I've got both, 1 point PPR...do I take the chance on Gronk? Or go with the safer bet in Chandler? Or even pick up someone like Will Tye?

Gronk = will only play in an "emergency" (although we saw what that did for Big Ben)
Chandler = now "truly questionable"

So yeah, I think picking up Tye is a safer bet. Plus, he's Stony Brook's first player in the NFL, so how bad could he be?
