Keeping Jamal Charles. Take Antonio or Bell with my 1st pick?

.25PPR 10 team keeper league. All TD's 6pts. We start 1QB 2RB 3WR 1TE a kicker and a defense.

I'm keeping Jamal Charles and drafting 3rd tonight. I know #1 pick is taking Lacy and I know #2 pick is taking Lynch.

Who is the smartest pick for me considering RB scarcity, talent and who I can get later in the draft? L. Bell or A. Brown?

I feel like If I DON'T take Bell, I wind up with a team something like Jamal/Ingram/Antonio/Brandon Marshall type team.

I feel like if I DO take Bell I wind up with a Jamal/Bell/Hopkins/E. Sanders or Andre Johnson type team but I've been wrong a million times before. Any opinions would be great! Thanks!

I'd take Brown since Bell is suspended for 2 games. Otherwise I'd say go with Bell.
