Yeah, he's suspended two games. That's fine. But last season, he had 1,361 rushing yd, 854 receiving yds, and 11 combined TDs. Even with the missed games, I think he has less "warts" (age, usage, etc.) than the other top RBs.


Oh, and I pick 3rd anyways.

I need a RB and I don't see much making it back to me at 2.04.

Tough call out of the five elites remaining. Still, can't be too upset with Bell & Charles to start!

1.04 Adrian Peterson RB, Minnesota

Gotta back up my mouth for selecting AP #1 overall in the mock. Same reasons...crazy beast of an RB with a chip on his shoulder, great offensive coordinator for a RB, and the talk of catching the ball more. All in all, I think 1600 yards, 16 TD's and 40 catches are about right.

1.05 Eddie Lacy RB, GB
I had the easiest job in the first round, pick whichever of these five fell to me. Glad it's Lacy. He actually finished third amongst the top five picks here in 2014 and I think the loss of Nelson will lead to an uptick in catches. I can't settle between AP and Lacy as my #2 so I'm glad to get him at 5 either way.
