    Foles to return this season??

    Just wondering what the thoughts are regarding Nick Foles coming back this season. If he returns before the end of the season does he get his starting job back or has Sanchez played well enough to keep the job? Or is Foles not going to return this season?

    Thoughts?
    14 Team 1/2PPR league (1 Keeper)

    QB: Rivers (3), Stafford (5), Keenum (NA)
    RB: Kamara (11), McKinnon (7), Bernard (7)
    WR: M. Thomas (NA), Crabtree (1), Shepard (8), Wallace (NA), Cobb (NA)
    TE: Olsen (NA)
    K: Lutz (7)
    DEF: JAX (7)

    (We start 1 QB, 1 RB, 2 WRs, 1 RB/WR/TE, 1 TE, 1 K and 1 DEF)

    Everything I've read recently suggests he'd be back in Week 16 at the earliest and his job status would be determined by how well Sanchez plays over the next few weeks. I wouldn't hold my breath on him in a re-draft league as most championships would be Week 16 and he'd either not be starting or be extremely rusty.

      They're not gonna mess with what's working. He's only coming back this year if Sanchez gets hurt or has a tremendous dropoff in play.

      Next year, who knows. Sanchez is a free agent. Foles has 1 year left. They may draft a QB.

        Stats aside, Foles looked terrible in every game he played except vs. Washington and vs. the Giants (and even in the latter, he threw a dreadful INT). There was just something "off" about him: Poor pocket awareness, poor accuracy on deep balls, poor decision making. He gave them no reason to return to him this year.

          Great news! The Eagles play the Giants and Washington in the last 2 games of the season!
          Considering his only baseball post in the past year was bringing up a 3 year old thread to taunt Hornsby and he's never contributed a dime to our hatpass, perhaps?

              Yeah, but I picked up Foles in a league and could really use him playing in those two games, and playing well.

                I just don't see that happening unless something weird happens with Sanchez in the SEA and DAL games.
