In my league, Shorts was dropped....my current WR are DBryant, Benjamin, Jeffrey, OBJ, Wallace and MBryant....is Shorts better than any of these the rest of the way?

Also, Bush was dropped and Gray is available....are either better down the stretch than Lacy, Ellington, Forsett, Matthews or Hill

Next, which D for you this week? SD, DAL, CHI, TB or CLE...I was thinking CHI or TB because it looks like it could be cold and wet in Chicago this weekend making many turnovers possible for either team, or at the very least, a low scoring game....

Another, do I go with Rivers or Romo this week?? Am I being too concerned about Rivers last two games and the way STL kept DEN out of the end zone?? I mean, Manning still threw for 300+...just didn't score...

and, Finally....Do I stick with Rudolph the rest of the way, or go with guys like Paul, Amaro, Gresham, MLewis

    TIA

I like Shorts but not more than any of the WRs that you currently have.
If Gray was going to be used each week then I'd say to grab him but you just never know how many touches he's going to get. I'd stick with your guys.
I'd go with Romo this week (good matchup at NYG), I'm a little concerned about Rivers too.
You could make an argument for SD (good matchup at home vs STL), CHI (at home vs TB with possible bad weather), DAL (at NYG with Eli throwing the ball to the other team a bunch last week) & CLE (had been playing well in 3 games coming into Week 11 but they didn't play well vs HOU). I'd probably go with the Chargers (who played well against OAK last week). They have a nice home game against STL and their DEF is getting some guys back from injuries.
I'd rather have Rudolph, who should get more involved each week, over those TE options.

    Good luck!!
    14 Team 1/2PPR league (1 Keeper)

QB: Rivers (3), Stafford (5), Keenum (NA)
    RB: Kamara (11), McKinnon (7), Bernard (7)
WR: M. Thomas (NA), Crabtree (1), Shepard (8), Wallace (NA), Cobb (NA)
    TE: Olsen (NA)
    K: Lutz (7)
    DEF: JAX (7)

    (We start 1 QB, 1 RB, 2 WRs, 1 RB/WR/TE, 1 TE, 1 K and 1 DEF)

I like Shorts as well, too, but not as much as the others - although my love affair with Mike Wallace is waning. Tennehill just can't seem to get him a deep ball to save his life.

Same with your RBs, you're very strong there and no need to make an unnecessary move. Bush can't stay healthy and - even in a PPR league - he isn't getting enough touches with Bell and Riddick in the mix. I like Gray but he is a matchup dependent play in that Patriot backfield.

I go with Dallas D since they're playing Eli who just threw 5 picks last week! Sure, the Cowboys D is not SF's but with fantasy D points being turnover dependent, I like the odds there.

Gotta go Romo against the Giants D. Rivers just aint right and it's like the whole team has reverted back to 2012. The O-Line is a sieve right now and Rivers is running for his life.

Gotta stick with a healthy Rudolph.

Friar...1st, thanks for the response...2nd, do you think I will be too dependent on the NYG/DAL game??....If I go with DAL D and Romo, I will have Romo, DBryant, OBJ, DAL, Bailey as 5 of my 9 plays...

I wouldn't put a whole lotta stock in that. You HAVE to start Dez and OBJ on a weekly basis and Romo is a top 5 QB play this week, IMO. Defense and Kicker are after thoughts. It's a good matchup, I'd go with it. If they were playing a stiffer D, I'd be concerned.

FWIW, I'm in a similar situation with Romo, ONJ and Bailey - if I had Dez, I'd be playing him, too.

Agree with JW and Friar on Shorts, Gray and Rudolp. I'd go with SD D.

Am I being too analytical in thinking Chicago D is going to put up pretty good stats this week? It's going to be cold and rainy in Chicago this weekend (100% Rain on Sunday)...TB doesn't have that good a running game (5th worst overall in total yds and yds/game), the field will be sloppy (isn't it always at Soldier Field when it's wet??) and McCown just doesn't wow me.

I'm thinking it will be low scoring with at least 5 total turnovers between the two....

Am I just being silly and just go with Dallas D or SD D, or does my argument have some merit???

                  Turnovers, maybe.

But remember when teams play in rainy weather - Offensive guys know where they're going. Defensive guys don't. Makes it more difficult to cover guys. Don't overthink it

Well, went with my gut and CHI D gave me 16 points...DAL D was respectable...SD would have given me 13.4, so, it's not like it was a slam dunk for CHI.

On another note, my team finally hit on all strides...Romo with 34.6, Lacy with 32, OBJ with 32.4, DBryant with 23.5, CHI D with 16. Jeffrey only gave me 9.5 (but my other option in Wallace gave 11), Rudolph gave me 6.5 and Dawson gave me 6....oh, and I still have Forsett going tonight.

Right now, I'm up 162.4 to 71.8...I have Forsett, the other owner has Orton, Torrey Smith and Jimmy Graham....I think I'm safe. It would be awesome if Forsett could give me a Lacy line (plus a bit)...I'd be the first owner in many years to eclipse 200pts. Regardless, I'll just take the win.

Might've missed on the D, but nailed this.

I did better with my Chargers recommendation. I also think that I got the Rudolph question right too (unless Amaro beats him tonight). Yeah me!!!

oh so close....Forsett's big game netted me 36.4 points, just 1.2 shy of 200 for the week....

                            now onto week 13....
