I know this is a bad idea, since last time I pointed out Revo made an illegal pick he stole Trotsky from me a couple drafts back....but Mike Marshall is an illegal pick.

According to the rules, a pitcher's best year must be 100 IP or 40 Appearances. Marshall's 1967 year is 59 IP in 37 games. His 1969 year 87.2 IP in 20 games. He did not pitch in 1968.
