Fucking hell Starbucks coffee stinks. It tastes like coffee flavoured dishwater. But it's the only friggin place with the right combo or ambience, free WiFi and numerous power points.

"The Telescope" is best so far. In fact I doubt I will be able to think of Carl Hubbell without thinking of him as "The Telescope". Nice one.

... at some point in the distant VD past I got it in my head that Ted Williams nickname was cueball. Since then he's been Ted "Cueball" Williams ... or simply "The Cueball". No idea why.

my brother and my dad argue about coffee whenever they are here. My brother says my dad's coffee is too weak and my dad hates my brother's coffee. My Brother likes Starbucks while my dad prefers Dunkin' Donuts.

I've never tasted coffee. Don't like the smell. Also, I've heard it's bad for your dental hygiene, and we all know how important that is.

I had just gotten out of the shower and got the news, so I didn't have my lists with me in the shower.

If there's anyone who I would imagine has their lists laminated and could bring them into the shower, it would be Pogues. I just imagine him being old-school like that.

Starbucks is delicious.

The Frapucinos are awesome, I'll give you that ... but hard to justify one of those on a typical summers day like this.

The shot-based coffee from Starbucks machines is weakass ugh-ful. Never had their filter coffee.

Costa has the best "chain" coffee here, but their coffee shops are like stop-n-go joints, and they charge for Internet (!).

Never tasted coffee ... really? Damn. I love the smell of gin, but hate the taste ... still got through a bottle on more than one occasion though
