May be too early for Latham since he's poor in one category and mediocre in another, but he's also elite in one and off the charts in another, and I like the idea of using a so-so letter and 3B to get those steals, rather than sacrificing a prime letter for them later. Who knows -- I will say it's great to be changing things up so much in this draft.
