You asked for strategy thoughts earlier... now far be it from me to have a strategy, but here are my thoughts. I went two different paths with my first two picks. My thought with Mathewson was that the draft will be so shallow that you will need some huge stats to make a difference. The difference between the 1st and last best W or M is going to be much smaller that quality will be magnified. So I grabbed Mathewson thinking I needed big stats, letter be damned. I immediately tacked left... I looked at Ott and Fox and that the difference between 1st and last at middle letters will also be less magnified... Both have big stats, and O is shallower than F for sure, but there are palatable O's left at 8 (or is it 9 now?) I thought since the differences would be less magnified in good and middle letters that taking a blank in bad letters is going to spell doom.
I have no idea which thought is correct.I'm not expecting to grow flowers in the desert...Comment
