Still on the fence, but my preference would be decade/franchise combo. We've only done 1 franchise and that was with letters IIRC, meaning we've never done a franchise-only draft which is also worth considering. But revo's point about not getting too complicated on this next one makes sense, and I've never done a KO draft so I'd be down for that as well...decades with KOs?

The spreadsheet isn't set up for Franchises right now. I'm not sure what would need to go into it for OA's to get them in. It is set up for either decades or letters (although I think it checks right now to see if you duplicate letters, not sure what needs to be flipped for it to check for duplicate decades)
I'm glad we are back to additive scoring. Makes things a bit more strategic (albeit less all-star)I'm not expecting to grow flowers in the desert...Comment

I think judging from what we've heard, and with the wedding / draft season coming up, that we would be better not jumping into a heavy type draft.
So I propose that we do something else here:
I will set up a series of polls that allow us to fix the set up for the next two drafts. I will propose that the first will be a single category draft (Letters, Decades, Franchises, BY only), with no complications (maybe KO's?). We will also agree to the format of the next draft, which will be more in-depth: Letters & Franchises etc.
This would give us several months prior notice for making any changes to the spreadsheets.
That should keep everyone happy ... just call me the peace keeper.
Poll 1: Would you be OK if we fixed the format for the next two drafts, where VD2 is a single category draft (letters, decades, franchises etc), and VD3 would be a combo draft (Letters&Decades / Franchises&Letters etc) = Y or N
If Yes, we can then decide on the format of VD1 and VD2 in separate polls.
If No, we can back up and decide something else.

I think Xtranormal cut a bunch of their free features. I'll have to go back and see what all you can still do for the next draft. I had movies for Kev and oakland planned. I had a plan for CJ's as well, but was bummed that I couldn't do it. I wanted to make him a different character each time I cut to him, but you couldn't change the people in the movie.I'm not expecting to grow flowers in the desert...Comment
