            I have been using a 1.5 most of the time (you have much better hair than I), but the last time I did it, I tried doing it myself. I looked in the mirror afterwards and noticed that I missed a spot, so I grabbed the clippers but forgot I had taken the guard off of it and shaved a bald stripe nearly down the middle of my head. I called in RJEL Wife and asked her if there was any rescuing it and she said sadly no, so I had to shave my whole head with no guard. I didn't look much worse than usual.
            I'm not expecting to grow flowers in the desert...

                Yeah I suppose so. Just a much different shape after cutting off 8 months worth of hair

                        I let mine go for like a year after I got separated from my ex. balding long unkempt hair is not a good look.
