Hmmm... it tracks stats I guess.
      I've got a Performance rating (1-5) of 4.86
Acceptance rating (how many offers I take) of 72%
      On-time Rate: 89%
      Completion Rate: 98%

Acceptance rate doesn't matter much. Mine might be a bit high actually, I'm accepting some shit paying jobs.
Completion rate is how many jobs that you accept do you see through to completion. I've unassigned a couple because I already had another job (if the app sees that two orders are from places near eachother and going to the same general area, it will offer you both) in the car and the second restaurant was way late on fixing food. If it's only one job, I'll wait for them (and get righteously indignant about how poorly run they are) but if there's food getting cold in the car, I'll dump the job and it will get offered to some other poor sucker.
Performance rates usually are either a 1 or a 5. If someone gets their food in a semi-timely fashion, I get a 5. If things are late or if the restaurant screws things up (not my fault) I get a 1.

also, you have to grind levels for a very long time before you can get a new steed.

I'm making about $23 an hour.

sadly, I'm a contingent worker right now, so I'm getting none of that.

So here is the weirdest thing that has happened to me while dashing. I'm currently at Chuck e cheese picking up a pizza. I mean, California pizza isn't great but, who the fuck orders chuck e cheese?

Also delivered 10 meals to an actual church earlier. At least they tipped good, presumably because they know they will be dead soon.

one positive I can say about the pandemic, this is the longest I've ever been in a chuck e cheese without getting a migraine.

I tip big when I'm at church. Not actual money tips, mind you. Just saying stuff like "idle hands are the devil's workshop" and "judge not, lest ye be judged" because I know the delivery boys need guidance much more than money.
More American children die by gunfire in a year than on-duty police officers and active duty military.
