I'm participating in an antibody study. I'm told the full results won't be available for a couple weeks, but the partial results that I am aware of are 7 positive antibody tests in about 800 participants. These rumors of studies that had up to 50% of people having antibodies must be complete bunk. (Even in this study, some of the positive tests are likely false positives.)

Depends on where you are. I would assume that NYC and other hotspots would have more real positives, and less affected areas would have less. But yeah, the idea that there is this huge portion of the world with antibodies is a bit silly. Getting it without knowing you did is a bit rare.

I assume it is the one based in Cali that MLB is doing. If across the US, my guess would be that the ones with antibodies are likely in the hotspots. Lots of places it just wouldn't happen because of the lack of widespread transmission.

I've heard the results from three "cities", which I put in quotes because not nearly everyone is actually in those cities. Those three do not include the hot spots of NYC, Detroit, or Seattle, but one of the three is what I would consider in the second tier of highly infected cities.
