The 'pos' is a worksheet for people to keep the positions updated themselves if they want to do that, so that they have all that info in one place where it's easy to use. It does not have the capability to figure out how to automatically move players around to the optimal position on its own, without human intervention.

If you enter into Verizon customer service hell and get stuck there for an inordinate amount of time, make sure and say something to the effect of "I am not feeling very satisfied/happy. Can you issue me a credit for my inconvenience?" Those are apparently the magic words and you have to be the one to say them --- they won't offer them up, although the nice young lady I spoke with very deliberately implied to my stupid ass that I should ask for something. She then gave me $25 for my trouble.
