      hey mike... i'm struggling to find a MI and it would really help my team in revo's league if you called up and started playing Vaughn Grissom. Maybe if you told your bosses "I think it would really help 'the team' if we called him up" You don't need to specify which team, they can just make their own assumptions on what you mean...
      I'm not expecting to grow flowers in the desert...
