I will say this -- I have the Top 4 teams separated by 1.7 points, so it's likely going to be decided not by who they pick, but by who others pick.

You assume I will make the right picks, seems like a stretch to me.

I tried doing projections for fun just now and seriously when I look at someone else's team I just have no clue what they would do next.

      • One reason that I like starting to do my projections earlier in the draft is that by the time it gets to the last few rounds, I've tried out approximately 14,327 combinations of players for each of you.

And still I'm sometimes surprised by picks (in both directions, good and bad).

I suggest for next VD we just let you make the picks you think we'd make and see how it pans out.
If DMT didn't exist we would have to invent it. There has to be a weirdest thing. Once we have the concept weird, there has to be a weirdest thing. And DMT is simply it.

              • Ken edited his pick so Del is up then Johnny.

                • Johnny Niggeling seems like a very unfortunate name.

                  • Oddly enough, Kluber had become a plausible use of my wild card.

I was happy to be able to use Kluber . Nothing better then using one of your home town favorite players.

                      • I had considered using my K for Kluber and my last wild card to fill my remaining 2B/3B slot, but Killebrew for K and saving my wild card just worked out better. I find it weird, that having done that, and having Killebrew still be what appears to be the correct choice on my K, that Kluber still would be a viable use of my wild card, if I had the opportunity.

Easy to confirm that no one else had used it, which on Christmas Eve was my only priority at that point after having picked players who were already long gone.
