Mixed Keeper Help / Who can I cut?

14 team H2H. I finished 3rd and am playing 6th this week. The winner goes against 2nd next week.

I have no 2-starters this week so I am 2 starts behind. My rotation is Strasburg, Cobb, Latos, Lackey, Smyly, Reed, KRod, Feliz, Quackenbush, Benoit. I'm looking for a player(s) to drop to pick up a starter. I have 3 moves left. Smyly could be shut down after his Fri start and would be a no-brainer to drop. Lackey has been hit hard a couple times and could also be dropped for an upgrade, though pickings are slim. If I pick up a Thu starter he would get 2 starts next week.

I have to keep 4 of the following: VMart, Beltre, Reyes, Gomez, Ortiz, Porcello, Latos, Porcello, KRod
I can keep these 4 backfilled from Round 22 (last round): Strasburg, Cobb, RDavis, Arcia

Strasburg and Cobb are no-brainers in rounds 21 and 22. Are Davis and Arcia keepers? If not, Arcia isn't helping me much and could also be dropped.

Eh, they'd be fringe keepers at best. Davis is nice for the steals but never seems to have a starting job for long. I think you can safely drop Arcia.

Fair enough. If I got Davis in the 19th round last year, I can probably get him there next year.
