Freeman for Goldy..keeper league

14 team ...mixed...5x5...$300 draft day budget...can keep up to 8.

I offered Freeman ($25 in 2015) for Goldschmidt who cannot be kept in 2015. Is this a smart deal for me?

Is Goldy worth more than Freeman for the last 2 months of 2014 to sacrifice Freeman at what i think is a good keeper price? I hate to give up a solid keeper for 2015, just want to provide the best possible chance to win this year.

I would rather win this year and lose Freeman than come in 2nd and get to keep Freeman...obviously

Goldy is worth more this year. If you start hedging and not going full throttle for the win this year, you know what can happen.
