Wildcard for really deep leagues: Bryan Morris? Yesterday (Sunday), with a one run lead, Morris pitched the 8th inning. His peripherals aren't as good, so he wouldn't necessarily keep the job. But if Dunn and Ramos and Gregg are all owned...
Dunn hadn't pitched Saturday so woulda been available. Ramos pitched the top of the 9th inning Saturday, entering the game with a 5-1 deficit, and had not pitched Friday, so could've potentially been available.

Assuming Cishek is traded (and I'm not too sure of that happening), I think the next regular closer will be a failed starter. Hand and Turner jump quickly to mind. Hell, if Turner can produce in short bursts like they hope, he could be a great closer and could give them return on that lousy trade with Detroit. Their bullpen is horrible, with only Ramos within sniffing distance of any kind of late-game work. I think they go by committee and then a player who is not a normal part of that bullpen will step up.

Last year when all the Cishek rumors were swirling, all indications were that Ramos would take over as closer. I tend to think that's still the case.
