we had the thread on Stolen Base Guys which focused on 30+ ... I'm looking at the other end of the spectrum, guys who I can get for a buck (or really late in a draft) and squeeze 10+ SBs. In the AL I'm thinking guys like:

Brendan Ryan
Scott Podsednik
even a guy like Jarrod Dyson in KC?
