I have a friend who works with the Giants closely and told me this. Use it how you will:

Belt is taking BP. His swing is fine, no pain at all. However, he has some pain throwing, perhaps more pain than they expected at this juncture. My buddy thinks he'll be back on schedule, but will play exclusively at 1B, even if Morse's back still bothers him. OF is likely not an option.

This affects Posey, who will not be able to "rest" at 1B as much. It affects Sanchez, who was picking up an extra start here and there. And it affects Morse, who -bad back or not- will not be able to move to 1B.

So, for fantasy Belt is looking good.
