Which Minor Leaguer to Drop?

AL only 8 team 5x5 league. I have Sano, GSanchez, JGallo, NWilliams, RMondesi and MBetts. I need to drop one.

I'm thinking between Sanchez and Williams...and even though Sanchez is at a thin position prospect wise, he just doesn't seem to be getting it all together from an offensive standpoint.

Mondesi is just so far away. BUt if it's a 1 catcher league then I drop Sanchez.
