Belt joins Arcia, Grilli, Cobb, Latos on IR.

I want to drop Flowers for Navarro, Norris or Sanchez. I could also drop Reddick or Bonifacio for Francisco or Rasmus.

I've used 10/25 moves.

The only move I might do with limited swaps would be picking up Rasmus...in his last 10 games, he's hit 5 HR's and raised his average by 40 points.

With 25 moves for the year I'd aim to have about 12 or 13 left for the final 4 months.

Yes, Flowers is defying all odds by continuing to hit. While he'll probably end up in the .250 range, that's OK for a catcher with some pop...Norris is probably a bit of an upgrade, but not enough for you to burn one of your moves on.

Lindstrom is gone. I took a hard look at Jaso this week but decided to stick with Flowers. Should I pick up any of:

Hughes
Milone
Arroyo
Rienzo
Qualls

My staff is Strasburg, Cobb, Buehrle, Lackey, Smyly, Harang, Straily, Latos (DL), Peralta, Reed, Soria, Grilli.

FA hitters are DMurphy, SSMith, Jaso, Ackley. They would start over Bonofacio until Belt/Rasmus return.

Thoughts:

1. There is no IR in baseball.
2. Murphy and Smith are the best hitters there, sort of close, assuming it is the CLE OF, not the NYM 2B. (If it is the 2B, pick him up obviously.)
3. Qualls and Hughes are the best of the pitching lot. Qualls only if desperate for saves.

1. Must be the Canadian in me. Yahoo! says they are on the DL.
2. Yes, it is the CLE Murphy.
3. Don't need saves with Grilli/Soria/Reed. I've used 11/25 moves.
