  • Roughned Odor up....what to do....

I own Odor in an AL only league, I am going for it this year. I have a need at 2B so he would fill it, but I'm not sure I want to start his clock. Is he up for more than 2 weeks?

I don't see how they keep him once Profar is ready in a few weeks. I have him too, and my worst case is they keep him up as a back up who hardly ever plays. But I don't think they will do that. Once Profar is ready, I think he gets sent down almost no matter what. I guess if he is hitting .400 and caring the team, they will have to figure something out. But barring that, Profar will get in there as soon as he is ready.

If he is up on the 26th I must activate him, I don't see Profar back by then. But I don't want to start his clock unless either I need to or he will help me.

RotoWorld thinks he'll be back in early June. This is from yesterday.

Rangers general manager Jon Daniels expects Jurickson Profar (shoulder) to head to Arizona next week to continue his rehab.
Profar took batting practice on the field for the first time earlier this week and should begin playing in extended spring training games once he gets to Arizona. Barring any setbacks, it looks like a return in the early part of June is possible

I'm in the same boat as you and I have a dead spot in Jemile Weeks. I think I'm going to activate him.
I'm unconsoled I'm lonely, I am so much better than I used to be.

I activated him as I think he stays up until Profar is back, so I would have to anyway. I had an opening from Franklin's demotion.......now if Seattle would send him to an AL team where he could play everyday.......

Miller has been so horrid, I think it lessens the likelihood of a trade. They may eventually call him back up to play SS if Miller continues to flounder.

nah.......that would mean Seattle would be admitting they were wrong......
