    Pitcher "B" 51 K's, 6 walks...

    I was pretty surprised frankly....

If one is Ubaldo, I'll eat my hat...nope.

A could be 2 guys. I assume you are looking at Bs teammate.

B is off to a publicized good start. What was the surprise?

That "A" is off to a bad start, and is considered to be virtually done. And yes, they are teammates.

Does this suggest that CC is due for a correction? That's a pretty good K/W rate, but man, he's giving up a ton of hits...

Hard to say. There is the issue of declining velocity, and some guys can get good K/BB rates while throwing batting practice when the stuff goes. Mr. Blanton, come on down!

HQ has Sabathia at a 3.05 xERA so far. I'm a little skeptical, but if he's on the waiver wire in a mixed league, worth a pickup...
