Wow, writing off a 28-year old career .300 hitter after 25 games??

I own him. If you did, you would understand. It just hurts. I paid for him reasonably with just the expectation of 2013---not something between 2012 and 2013. And it hurts. I write him off because I can't move him or bench him (nothing to put in his place) so he's going to be in my lineup anyway. He's trying to write off my season, so I might as well write him off in return. I am sure he'll still be in my lineup at the end of the season, so it means little.
