Is it too early for a new bad trade offer thread?

I am new to this a.l. only 12 team redraft league. I own the kyle seager side and received this offer yesterday:

Ive already received some one-sided offers, but nothing truly horrific.

When I get something straight out of Longworth State (a now-closed state mental hospital, visible from my high school), I'll post it.

I was offered Dee Gordon ($1 FA pickup) for Josh Hamilton ($5) and Hisashi Iwakuma ($5). It's a keeper league, though values go up $10(!!) per year...first year of league.

I guess this is what I get when I say I'm looking for a second baseman and have outfielders I'm willing to deal.

I bit when the 10th place team offered up Gray. He offered:

My EE for Gray
My Pedroia/Soria for Gray/Ray

I told him there is not a pitcher I would trade EE for, and offered Soria for Gray straight up.

Is this offer as one sided as I think?

In the spring, I would have thought mauer and v.martinez were equal but 2 months in, obviously, Martinez rules. That said, Mauer has been heating up and there are 4 months left in the season.

However, smyle is miles behind cj and reyes is a former mvp who is playing great vs yunil escobar?!

This is offer number 6 or 7 and is probably the best he has offered so far (his first offer is what I began this thread with).

Replace Escobar with a good hitter and it's pretty close.

His: Victorino 19, Ackley 10, Schoop 10, CYoung 2
My: Singleton 1, Cruz 11, Calhoun

Prices are for 2015 only. Calhoun cannot be kept.

I wouldn't trade Cruz for all 3 of those hitters. We've been in this league for 20 years and he should know better.

I broadcast that I need SB and SP and told him I would need Reyes 27, Choo 26, Springer 16, Hughes 6 for a package including Springer/Cruz, because I need SB and SP but also an offensive boost to counter possible moves by the 1st/2nd place teams. I'm in 3rd, he's in 4th so he is not in a position to pay a fair price for my guys if he wants to stay competitive.

Ha! No, because at that point I saw it as him trying to steal $27 in value for $4 in value.

I'd actually only have gained 4 points in SB had I made the trade...and would still be in third.

He actually flipped Dozier for Kipnis a couple weeks ago.

I offered Derek Norris for Sandoval. They are very close in YTD value, other owner is starting Castro at C, seemed like a fair offer to me.

He counters with Sandoval for Harper and Lohse.

Now this trade might not be bad, but it is certainly a head scratcher:

14 team..mixed..5x5..8 keepers

I give :

Garrett Richards and Mesoraco (both are $1 in 2015, $6 in 2016 and $11 in 2017)

i get:

King Felix ($47 in 2015)
Russell Martin - not a keeper at all at any price

I can almost understand Felix for Richards if one doesn't have faith in Richards going forward, but why would i deal arguably the best power-hitting catcher for a mediocre fantasy catcher.
