Phillips vs Owings

Brandon Philips or Owings in a 5x5 keeper league. Owings has a lock as the starting SS and is hitting 7th but I'm having a hard time projecting him.
Is Owings 80% of Phillips this year?

Lineup position makes a big difference. Probably similar AVG (slight edge to Owings), and HR (slight edge to Phillips) but for SBs your guess is as good as mine (I guess I'd lean Phillips but Owings is off to a good start). But Phillips could approach 90 RBI again if he hits behind Votto and also score a few more runs than Owings. Unfortunately I don't see a lot of room for Owings to move to the top of the lineup.
