NL Only 5x5 12 team league. I had my 10 keepers picked out until Chapman went down. I have Chapman at $5 option and will probably still extend 1 year to $10.

The interesting part is I also how JJ Hoover for $2. He was going to be a throw back. My bottom 4 keepers are...

I like the steals Gordon can get you for a buck more than the saves Hoover can get you for two, so I'd still cut Hoover

Keith, Gordon will steal you 10-20 and if he can figure out the wood thing he'll steal you 40 plus. Hoover is just a solid reliever and I have to think he is the front runner to get saves. Alonso should earn more than $5 and has a starting gig. Asche might not last at 3B but they have Howard and if he gets hurt, Ruf went down today, he might get plenty of PT regardless. So depending on whether you need a 1B or 3B I would cut either Alsono or Asche. If you don't like either one then keep your Avatar.

I'd cut Asche, I don't think he's anything special and he might not have the gig longer than this year.

I'd also cut Asche but I don't believe Gordon will be a starter this year. For a buck, I'd bet I'm wrong if it was my team.

Thanks guys, I did cut Asche. With his job certainty still up in the air I can't imagine he goes for too much more at the auction. I think Gordon has to earn on a buck if he just pinch runs and the Hoover situation is up in the air, I just like his chances. Thanks again for some quick opinions.
