Small league pointers

It has been several years since I played a league with fewer than 350 players bought or drafted, much less under 250. I am taking the last team in a redraft league as a favor. What do I need to watch for as I draft? Do I need to focus on any stats early? Are there any that can be safely punnted for 10+ rounds?

It's all about upside. Saves can wait. Make sure your ratios are solid so you can mix and match the bottom half of your roster without disrupting things. In a league with SV, hold, ERA, WHIP and K/BB I would focus solely on high leverage RPs and ignore QS.
