He posted the highest single-season Defensive WAR (5.4) in major league history last season. If he keeps it up with his bat, this is a steal.

I don't think he's "overachieving on offense". I believe he led the minors in OBP on year and the Braves offense doesn't need him to me Tejada/Garciaparra at SS.

I think he can hit .280/15/65/10-15 and play above Gold Glove Caliber Defense. This deal is a steal for that. Even if he hits less, his defense is amazing. It isn't often that people Knoblauch and forgot how to use the glove.
