I thought it was interesting that a billionaire team owner had a charity event at his mega-estate and invited some star players. and on the same night, the GM who attended seems to have driven away shitfaced.

Maybe Judge read an article with them there but as far as I can tell it business as usual for the Mets.

Maybe it’s me, but I also find the specific mention of Baez and Lindor odd without additional context. I haven’t seen them mentioned as attendees in other articles either.
On a separate but related note, is it okay to give Scott the two thumbs down? Or should we just boo him?2021 Auction Anatomy

This was the first season I've used Rotolab in-season for pretty much the entire season. The weekly or so updates give you ROS projections. All season long, they had Villar as a big negative dollar figure, meaning their projections were WAAAAAY off for pretty much the entire season. Villar, it should be noted, has 18 HRs, 11 SB and according to Fangraphs, has been worth $21 this season, and BBHQ projections had Villar consistently around -$13. SO they pretty much projected him to be a bench utility bat with little playing time.
A HUGE whiff by BBHQ -- and there were many, many, many others (Dylan Cease & Mitch Moreland come to mind).
