    • Brewers 3B prospect Brock Wilken suffered multiple face fractures after he was hit by a pitch on Thursday.

Long term, Brewers general manger Matt Arnold said the 21-year-old’s prognosis is good. Wilken did not sustain a concussion, but the Brewers’ No. 7 prospect will likely need surgery when the swelling subsides.

                • Jackson Chourio, on Friday, became the youngest player with a 20 HR/ 20 SB season. Mike Trout and Vada Pinson also did it as 20 year-olds.

It's going to be an interesting vote for NL Rookie Of The Year this year. Chourio, Skenes, and Merrill are all deserving of the award. Merrill BTW, needs 4 more steals for his own 20/20 season at age 21.
