"The question is," said Alice, "whether you can make words mean so many different things."
"The question is," said Humpty Dumpty, "which is to be master - that's all."

Over the three full seasons hes been in the league, hes only had an average above .264 once (that 2013 outlier). With an average that low, he would need to walk a lot to get on base enough and he doesnt.

To be fair, some guy kept him in my 10-team NL for $21, so there's at least two of these idiots out there. In the best of times, our days are numbered, anyway. And it would be a crime against Nature for any generation to take the world crisis so solemnly that it put off enjoying those things for which we were presumably designed in the first place, and which the gravest statesmen and the hoarsest politicians hope to make available to all men in the end: I mean the opportunity to do good work, to fall in love, to enjoy friends, to sit under trees, to read, to hit a ball and bounce the baby.

Can one be prejudiced against a baseball team?
If so, then I am prejudiced against the Diamondbacks. I can't figure it out, but I hate just about everything about this team. I like a few of their low-end pitchers, Delgado, Bracho, and a hitter or two, but every year I like this team less and less. And it wasn't really that long ago, I was rooting for them so hard to beat the Yankees that they became one of my favorites teams.
Now I can't stand them.
