Yuri Sucart, the infamous cousin of Alex Rodriguez, has been sentenced to seven months in prison for his role in Biogenesis.

Advice: Sucart pleaded guilty Thursday in a Miami court. He's one of eight people charged with supplying illegal steroid-like drugs to athletes through the Biogenesis clinic that was founded by Anthony Bosch. "Cousin Yuri" was A-Rod's personal assistant for years but the two no longer publicly interact.

            • You left out that he needs only four more injections in his butt to pass Jose Canseco and six more rubs of cream to pass Barry Bonds.

              • Since this is the Yankees thread, do you see Teixeira as a legit keeper for next year for AL leagues? I know he was very productive in past and seems to be hitting the ball hard again this year. Just don't know the AL (or Teixeira) well enough to evaluate.

Banks here since majority of value was here. A-Rod and Wagner (who also played a lot of other than SS) would be the only debate even with Pop Lloyd's tremendous reputation, and Jeter on this board somewhere though not yet eligible (and discussion of his defense will inform your specific preference).

Larkin is the lone SS elected since this voting, so eyeball him somewhere. (the last 5 to 7 chosen, roughly, are placeholders - better, at least, than the silliest HOF choices.)

So did Jerome Williams, but that's to be expected.

                            • Anyone see any type of resurgence for Beltran in the next month or two? I loathe holding this guy, however, I cant bring myself to release a LH hitting Yankee. Stick a fork in him?

He looked reasonably back a couple weeks ago but he's back to sucking. I am not optimistic. He'll probably keep playing since the Yankees lack alternatives.
