      Thanks for the input.

I'll be tempted on Salazar. I won the faab bid for him and 3 other owners bid $8, $9 and $11 and they were out of the running and playing for next year. The other owners were asleep. I think he'd go for $18-20 in our league because of the K's,era and whip. Maybe I'll see what he could bring in trade.

I'm keeping Ellsbury if he's in Boston, and A-Rod if he is somehow not suspended. Is Villar going to start all year? I worry about him. He's kinda Dee Gordon-ey. I'd rather trade Salazar than keep him, he's electric but I'm not sure he holds up 150+ innings next year.

3B Longoria $32--your only stud bat, could be thrown back if there are a bunch available, but I figure he'll go for more

          OF Markakis $24
OF Ellsbury $32---tempting if he stays in Boston (really depends on inflation %)

My Keepers are bold, along with comments
I'm assuming the inflation rate is around 20%
That would give you 8 players for $72 -- I also assume nobody is in a sign year.
You need a full starting pitching staff----maybe see if you can trade a closer for a starter.
Seems to me you won't be the strongest team, but should be competitive.
Badges? We don't need no stinkin' badges!

I'd want a more proven pitcher once the price gets into double digits. I haven't seen much of Salazar but YMMV.

I think Ells and Longo are slightly overpriced but with any kind of inflation I'd consider them.

Great insight as always guys. I'll see what I can trade in the coming months. Longo may be a keep as it appears 3rd base is extremely light. Ellsbury went cheaper in the draft due to 2012, so if he lands back in Boston he may be a keep at $6-8 profit in our league. Hernandez has been kept before in our league at $36 so he is trade able as I'm sure Kuroda and Sanchez will be. Good pitching goes for a premium in our draft.
              Thanks
