Is that Bartolo Colon? Holy crap, is he still playing? He was done when I played fantasy baseball 10 years ago!

    40 years old ...

    190IP 18-6 117K 2.65 ERA 1.166 WHIP

    ... nothing fishy there

That seems to be the consensus. Why no love for ASoriano? 30 HR and 20 SB seems like a useful player, even if the AVG sucks.

I'd say 25 and 10 is more likely. But yea Soriano isn't a terrible choice, but I'd much rather have Reyes or Choo.
If DMT didn't exist we would have to invent it. There has to be a weirdest thing. Once we have the concept weird, there has to be a weirdest thing. And DMT is simply it.

That power was put up with over half of his season being with the Cubs. How he'd do in a full season as a RH batter at Yankee Stadium is a good question. And at his age, who knows if those SB are repeatable?

The asking price was pick 116 for Choo/159. 43 picks seems like more than the difference between Choo and Soriano/Cruz.

Does 116 for Choo/141 seem fair?
ETA: this is currently on the table.

            109 for Choo/127?
ETA: Probably not enough of an upgrade for him.

Cubs: 17 HR in 326 AB
Yankees: 17 HR in 219 AB

He went nuts as a Yankee but I think he's a lock for 30 HR. Agreed on the SB, so we have a .250 30 HR hitter. I see why you guys think Reyes or Choo are upgrades! I'm also talking to the AGon owner.

My 109 for Reyes/133 is a done deal. Thanks for your input!

Now considering: 116 for Choo/141. 116 projects to Beltran and 141 to Cruz, for comparison.

So the trade boils down to which side:

                  Beltran/CSantana
                  or
                  Choo/Cruz

Santana is working out at 3B which is intriguing. Which side do you prefer?

BUMP. CGomez' owner is looking to move him. I'd look to do a similar swap for him. Are Choo or Gomez preferable to Molina or Santana (1C league).
