I would make the trade. I probably put Buxton in as (depending on your rules) Springer should get called up for the last month and may help you win this year. Plus he is a nice keeper for next year.

Depending on how your league values rookies, I would try Buxton straight up for either pitcher. But prefer Felix.

I'm with Gregg, though context matters here - if the hitting categories are tight, and you end up with a black hole at 3B, then maybe not. Otherwise, I'd go with Felix, too. $30 for Felix in a 12-team AL only could be keepable.
