How about this offer that i would propose:

Trout ($11 in 2014), Todd Frazier ($9 in 2014), An. Sanchez ($16 in 2014) and Medlen ($6 in 2014)

for

Miggy and Kershaw (both over $60 in 2014)

Still not worth it. Miggy is only slightly more valuable than Trout and with dollar values factored in Trout is the better commodity. Medlen and Anibal are useful starters who also have pretty good keeper value and if you combine the stats of whoever you would pick up off waivers with Kershaw they might not be much better than what Anibal and Medlen will combine for.

I like that better, since I don't have a ton of faith in Anibal and I'm losing faith quickly in Medlen. I would ask for a little more and consider being OK settling for that deal.

I'd probably still ask for a little more off the angle that an $11 Trout is all the more valuable in a setting where Cabrera and Kershaw are inflated to > $60. I'd at least try to get an OKish keeper at a discounted price included. You'd have to dedicate 1/2 your budget to keep both Kershaw and Cabrera so you'll need some cheap keepers to do so.

I wouldn't keep both Miggy and Kershaw..probably neither..My main goal is to win this year..go back-to-back..i don't place too much emphasis on keepers..It's nice to have good keepers but...

I also have cheap keepers in Segura ($1), Craig $(6), Rios ($9), Frieri ($6), Beachy ($1), Leonys Martin ($1) and while not cheap a great value in Bumgarner ($17) so i like my keepers list even without Trout.

Have you tried shopping Segura instead? That's a hell of a nice keeper who won't kill your power numbers if you trade him.

But who replaces Segura on my roster? WW fodder sucks at SS position. The dropoff from Segura's numbers might really hurt my chances.

I doubt the other owner would even accept this deal for Miggy and Kershaw so this talk may all be for nothing...

I dunno, who has Rollins? Asdrubal? Desmond? Flip Segura for Desmond and E5 or something like that.
