Samardzija -- Buy or Sell?

Trying to decide if now is the time to sell high or buy low on Jeff Samardzija. He has scuffled a fair amount lately. And I can't figure which direction to take. I have him pretty cheap in a keeper league. But I don't feel like a believer. Anyone have a read on him?

Can't say that I do except to point out his first and second halves last season. He was traded on the heels of a similar performance last year in our league and the two tales were stark in their differences.

These are not the official MLB half way numbers (he was traded July 3 in our league ) but tells the story I think:

1st Half - 87 IP. 5.13 ERA 1.40 WHIP

2nd Half - 80 IP 2.69 ERA 1.05 WHIP
