      I'd feel worse if we hadn't made a May 1 deal where I send him a lame Cishek (22 SV, 3 W for him) and I got back 4 starts out of Matt Cain 26, who may be out for season and not a keeper obviously

            Yeah, it's almost inexplicable what's happened to him. Maybe he took the criticism about being a wild swinger too much to heart, and he's become too selective about what he swings at? His OBP is up and his walk rate has improved quite a bit, but WTF, he's not supposed to be a leadoff hitter. The Dodgers don't need a .390 OBP out of him...they need a .350 OBP with power. And he's simply not driving the ball anymore...

              What a clown..gets hit in the foot with two strikes...obviously no intent and he goes towards the mound and benches empty.

                i don't know if there's a rivalry that i enjoy more than SF-LA. even though i don't like either team. and it actually meaning something this year is icing on the cake ...

                ETA: puig is a punk though. i just saw the replay of that HBP. clearly unintentional, and bumgarner is pissed at himself, and puig goes ape-shit.
